Competencey 1: Blog
The primary purpose of this blog is to exercise and practice what I will learn in Information Storage and Retrieval Systems. My library type of interest is public libraries. Leadership is my topic area of interest in public libraries.
The Public library is the place in which I discover and enrich my lifelong habits and interests: reading and writing. Suffice it to say, it is natural for me to find interest in the gamut of the public library, to share and deliver learned experiences with patrons. Leadership is the topic that intrigues me ever since I stepped into the public library. It is a crucial and core element that bears a strong influence and huge impact upon how successful a business, i.e. public library will be able to be efficiently operated and effectively maintained.
